We strive to process and ship your orders quickly and accurately.

Delivery & Responsibility

  • Orders are shipped without a required signature by default.
  • If you would like to require an adult signature upon delivery, please call us at 925-671-7400 before placing your order.
  • By not selecting a signature requirement, you accept responsibility for any lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation.

Shipping Locations

  • We currently ship within the United States and its territories only.
  • For Canada or international orders, please call us at 925-671-7400 to discuss availability and restrictions.
  • Some products may have shipping limitations and may not be eligible for international delivery.

Shipping Rates & Timing

  • Shipping rates are calculated based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • Product weights listed on our site are used for carrier calculations and may be rounded up to the nearest pound per shipping carrier policies.
  • Estimated delivery dates may be provided at checkout, but please note these are estimates only and may vary based on product availability and carrier performance.

Freight & Damage Policy

  • Please inspect all packages upon delivery.
  • If a package appears damaged, we strongly recommend refusing delivery or noting the damage with the carrier immediately so we can assist with a claim.

Shipping Costs

  • Due to manufacturer and carrier surcharges, we are currently unable to offer free shipping. We work to provide the most competitive shipping rates possible.

Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel confident in your purchase while maintaining product integrity standards.

Return Eligibility

  • Most new, unopened items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused
    • In original packaging
    • In resellable condition

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used chemicals
  • Used or installed equipment
  • Certain sale or special-order items

Seasonal Sale Policy (Black Friday / Cyber Monday / etc.)

  • All sale items during these events are final sale, unless:
    • The item arrives damaged or defective
  • Eligible equipment/accessories may be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging, subject to a 15% restocking fee

Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we will cover return shipping.
  • For all other returns:
    • Customer is responsible for return shipping
    • Chemicals are subject to a 20% restocking fee

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
  • Please include photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue quickly

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are typically processed within:
    • 5–10 business days for return transit
    • 3–5 business days for inspection
    • 5–10 business days for bank processing

Most refunds are completed sooner depending on circumstances.
