ATTENTION: Our normal shipping procedure does not require an adult signature upon delivery. You may choose the option to add a signature by calling our store 888-CLEAN-44. You accept full responsibility to missing/stolen packages by not choosing to add an adult signature.

We can ship to anywhere in the United States. We are currently unable to ship to Canada due to unforeseen shipping fees. You may call the store at 888-CLEAN-44 to order from Canada. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. Please call if the destination of your order is outside of the U.S.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Please note - these are estimates. Shipping times may vary based on availability, stock, and shipping times.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight & dimension-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

We are currently unable to provide free shipping at this time due to extra fees from the manufacturers and shipping companies. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Returns Policy

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the item(s) purchased.

We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error, you received an incorrect item, or defective item, etc. If you decide to return an item, you will be responsible for the shipping costs, in addition all chemicals will incur a 20% restocking fee upon return. PLEASE DO NOT ACCEPT DAMAGED PACKAGES FROM FEDEX.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
