Clean Quest Rewards FAQ

How do I earn points?

In addition to earning 100 points when creating your account, you earn 5 points for every $1 spent on eligible purchases while logged into your Clean Quest account. On top of that, you can earn more points by leaving us a review, following us on social media, or referring us to your friends.

How do I join Clean Quest Rewards?

Simply create a customer account or sign in to your existing account. Once you’re enrolled and shopping through that account, eligible purchases can begin earning points.

How many points do I need to redeem a reward?

Redemption tiers are 500 points for $5, 1000 points for $10, 1500 points for $15, and 2000 points for $20.

Do I need to be logged in to earn points?

Yes. You must be logged in to your Clean Quest account so your order is properly associated with your rewards balance.

Can I use rewards on any order?

Rewards can be applied to any eligible order including chemicals, accessories, and tools.

Can rewards be combined with other promotions or discounts?

No, rewards cannot be stacked on top of other promotions or discount codes. But, if you are logged into your account you receive 10% off of every chemical and accessory. (Discount prices displayed automatically)

Where can I see my points balance?

You can view your balance by loggin into your account, clicking the blue "CQ Rewards" tab on the right side of the window (bottom right on mobile), clicking the top left corner of that window, and selecting "View Profile".

If I already had an account do I get points for my previous orders?

Unfortunately no, the CQ Rewards program started on Friday 03/13/2026 and points will only start accruing after that date.
