The event starts on Black Friday, November 28, 2025 at 12:00 AM PT and runs through Cyber Monday at 11:59 PM PT, or until event inventory is gone.
Are these prices available in-store?
This is an online-only event. If you shop in-store and want these prices, we may ask you to place the order through the website for pickup so we can track promo performance and availability accurately.
Do you really compete with other online pricing?
For these select items, we’ve set event pricing to compete with or beat top online competitors during Black Friday & Cyber Monday. If you see something significantly lower elsewhere, contact us and we’ll see what we can do.
Can I combine these deals with other discounts?
In most cases, these are standalone event prices and cannot be stacked with additional coupons, unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.
What is your returns policy for Black Friday deals?
All Black Friday & Cyber Monday sale items are final sale unless defective or damaged on arrival. Due to the nature of professional chemicals and equipment, opened or used items cannot be returned. Equipment and accessories may be eligible for a return within 14 days if unused, in original packaging, and subject to a 15% restocking fee. Customer is responsible for return shipping. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours and we will make it right.
