Description
UPT EXTRA is effective in preparing urine-soaked carpets and upholstery for thorough cleaning, the most basic step in deodorization.
UPT EXTRA contains specialized surfactants which are effective at dissolving nitrogenous wastes of urine. These wastes can then be rinsed out of the carpet or upholstery. The acidic nature of UPT EXTRA prevents the production of ammonia gases and reactivation of the urine odor which takes place in conventional methods.
Directions:
CARPET: Dilute 1 part of UPT EXTRA with 5 parts of water before use. Apply product to the entire affected area, allowing 10 to 12 minutes and extract with warm water.
KENNELS HARD SURFACE: Dilute 1 part of UPT EXTRA with 20 parts of water. Spray the affected area and allow 15 minutes before washing away.
SPECIAL TREATMENT: In special circumstances, UPT EXTRA may be used as strong as half and half with water. In no instances should it be used stronger than this.
